FOOTBALL IS UNDERWAY!

I know you are all dying to see football pics and get updates so he you go!! LOL! We have had home games the last 3 weeks and will now be hitting the road for the next four weeks...and when I say hit the road, I mean hit the road! We have to travel 1-1/2 to 2 hours for away games! Fun times! Jake is having a great time playing football, and for one of the youngest kids on his team he is doing a reat job and will be a great football player! He plays on the Defense...Safety and on the Kick Return Team.

Jake #31... Justin is also having a great season! For his 2nd year he is turning out to be a great little football player. Aside from his main job of Quarterback, he also plays on Special Teams and on Defense. For a little guy he can sure take down the big guys!

Last week the boys who were selected last year for the All American Scholar Team were presented with Jackets that the League had made for them....
And Joshy got into the action a few weeks ago! He was called out to participate in the Halftime Show! He had to get all the football gear on and run and retrieve a footbal. It was so cute!!!!!
Doesn't he look like he should be out there playing?? He's probably as big as some of the kids on Jake's team :-))

NEW ADDITION TO OUR FAMILY

Justin has been bugging us like crazy to get a lizard. So, after many chats and help from Wolfie, and of course Rob for taking him to the Reptile Show to get it, he finally settled on a "mali uromastyx". He has been saving his money and since he got an awesome progress report for his first trimester of Jr. High we helped pitch in for the rest.

We then met some friends of ours (whose two boys play football with Jake & Justin) at Chevy's to celebrate both Josh & Meagan's (2nd) Birthdays! After dinner we went over to their house for a little cake! Thanks Sheri & Darrel for the cake! It was fun! Meagan at Chevy's...how darn cute is she!!!
And Joshy...I think this is why my kids like to go to Chevy's...so they can get the sombrero!

I'M BAAAAACK....AND I'VE MISSED SOME BIRTHDAYS!

Slowly we are settling into our new place, then my computer took a dump....well, not actually a dump but literally ran out of dicsk space on the hard drive. So, now we are all better!! In themeantime, I've missed some family birthdays!!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY BABY!

Today Joshy is staying 4 NOT turning 5! He has decided he wants to stay 4 forever. At first it was because he didn't know how to back up a car, now he just wants to stay my baby forever!! How precious!! Actually, I think he doesn't want to give up sippy cups! Anyways, I hope my baby forever has a great day today and has fun with all the special things he will be doing today!

I PROMISED IT WOULD ONLY BE A WEEK..OR SO!

Well, here I sit at my new desk, which is to die for I must say, on the internet, with whose connection I don't know (our land lines aren't being hooked up til later this week...so make sure you call my cell in the meantime!!)

Our moving weekend went fairly smooth. I CAN'T THANK ALL OF OUR HELP ENOUGH...GARY, VIC, ROB, JIMMY, JULIE, MOMO, PAPA (and Papa's very cool trailer) AND STEPH (for watching the kiddos) . The guys kicked butt and pretty much moved EVERYTHING on Saturday...even the garage that was not even packed!!! Then, after moving Cyndi & Kim were so kind to invite us over for a FABULOUS dinner...thanks Gary, Vic & Gabe for BBQ'ing after moving our stuff all day! And, they even let us dine & dash as we had to leave at 5:30am Sunday morning for a long day of Football in Windsor! Momo & Papa were such troopers all weekend!! The boys had a great game and there will be more posts to come later on that. So, here we are on Monday....I've got a pretty good handle on my unpacking...still alot to do but I'm certainly not overwhelmed! I can't wait for everyone to check out our new place....everything worked out and I absolutely LOVE the house! I will post pics soon!
