ARROW OF LIGHT CEREMONY

Last night was Justin's Cub Scout Arrow of Light Ceremony....he officially crossed over from Cub Scout to Boy Scout! He has loved doing Cub Scouts but is still deciding whether he wants to be a Boy Scout or not! I know he would love all the outdoor activities the Boy Scouts do but it is his choice!!

BASKETBALL SEASON HAS COME TO AN END....

Hard to believe 10 weeks of Basketball has come and gone! We love Basketball Season!! The Sasquatch did a good job all season and learned so much thanks to their great Coaches!!! Thanks Andy & Rob!!

As most of you know, Wolfie has been really sick and missed the last 3-4 games...the boys all signed a ball to give to him on the last day! Justin #22 going for the Freethrow...and making it!! He got pretty hacked all season long and took alot of fouls! Finally, this last game he TOOK A CHARGE!!!! Actually he took three I think he said, but the refs only called one of them!! His coach has been wanting him to take one all season!! He can't wait for his Sundae!!

And the Blue Thunder.....they had so much fun this season and improved so much by the end of the season!! For Division I these boys were looking like pros towards the end of the season!! Thanks Coach (and Daddy) Joe & John!!

MOMO & PAPA...

Momo & Papa were down visiting for a few days last week. The kids always love when Papa works down in our neck of the woods!!

KINGS GAME!

Justin & I (Joe was kind enough to give up his ticket for Justin since he's alreadybeen to like 4 games this season) had a great time at the Sacramento Kings Game Tuesday night vs. the Supersonics. We had great seats--thanks Jason & Melissa!!---and Justin was thrilled! It started off checking out the Pregame TV show House Party Live with Jim Kozimor...Joshy & Jake were so excited they saw their Bobo on tv! During the course of the game Gavin Maloof, Francisco Garcia, Jim Kozimor, Big Mike and I think Slamson all walked by and Justin got to say hello to them! Oh, and our whole section won Pizza from Round Table!! So, needless to say Justin loved it! We've been to plenty of Kings games but have never had good seats like this!!!

BOYS ARE NEVER TOO OLD TO SIT IN THEIR DADS LAP!!

Aaahh...Joe and his Dad! Joe's parents came for the weekend to visit and watch the boys play basketball. We had a great time!!! The kids were thrilled they came down to see them!!

AAHHHH...THE LIFE OF A 3-YEAR-OLD!

Wake up in the morning, lay on the couch watching cartoons, drinking milky.... Then play guitar all afternoon...Life is tough!!!

BATTLE OF THE BOOKS

JORDAN, TJ, JUSTIN & BRYAN.....
They were Team #18 (of 31) in the Battle of the Books held at their school. Each group of 4 kids had the same 6 books to read and then were asked questions about each of the books. It is actually quite a cool little "battle". The boys did really well and came in 4th place! All of us parents are very proud of them!!

Okay, I REALLY should be working on my taxes instead of playing around with my camera! I'm realizing how cool some of the features of the Easyshare software are! This is a bit freaky but you can change the settings after you dowload the pics...here they are in cartoon mode.....

BOWLING!

Off to go bowling!!! We decided we would take the kids bowling since Justin & Jake both had great conferences and they both did really well on their report cards! Joshy also saw his new Speech Teacher last week and he was very cooperative! We are very proud of all three of them!! As we were heading out the door I realized they were all in the same color clothes...not intentionally planned! Dorky, but cute!!!!
They were so fascinated watching the ball shoot up to the racks... And of course Justin & Jake had to help Joshy! Such good big brothers!!! I'm not sure why the background is blurry-I must've hit the wrong setting!

Joshy LOVED bowling! He tried bowling without the ramp and went past the line and slipped right on his booty...he didn't think it was funny but we did :-) His victory dance after he knocked the pins down each time! It was so cute!

Air hockey kept Joshy busy for awhile until he figured out you had to put money in the get the puck to come out. He thought you just slid the handle back and forth to yourself.... All these video games and my kids choose basketball!! Go figure...

Wolfie...we hope you start feeling better soon!! For those who don't look at Stpeh's blog, Justin's best little buddy Wolfie has been very sick. He is going on week #4 I believe and the Doctor's still haven't quite figured out what it is. You can check out my friend Steph's blog, in my links, for an update as of Friday. MY MOMENT OF WEAKNESS!!!

AAAHHHHHH!!! Yes, you are seeing this right!! We signed Justin up for Football....He has been BEGGING us for years to play and our (my) excuse was he never made weight. Well, with the new Pop Warner program, he does now!!! YES, I'm one of those FREAK moms who "thinks it's dangerous"!! Not to mention the HUGE commitment on his part and ours! Anyways, I need a valium right now to calm my nerves about this. I know it will be okay and he is over the moon excited!!! It will be fun, I just hope he doesn't get hurt!!!!!!!!!!
