WINE TOUR TO WHISKEYTOWN!!!

Isn't this too funny! As a parent said we are sending our 5th graders on a "California Wine Tour" bus to "Whiskeytown" Funny! If that were the case I'd be on that bus and Joe would be home holding the fort down! heehee... Actually, they are off to 5th Grade Camp at Whiskeytown Environmental School for the week! And cruisin' in style I must say! I'm sure it looks funny 2 bus loads of kids cruisin' down I5 in a Wine Tour Bus! The kids have all been looking so forward to this week! Justin is so excited to spend the week with all his buddies and as an added bonus his Dad is with him! Well, kind of. He's one of the chaperones but not Justin's! Justin's 5th grade class is such a great group of kids and the parents that are going all know each other and will have a blast as well!

Being silly...all the kids were so excited this morning (at 6:30 am dropoff!!) for camp!!

It's not always about the "three boys"! I'm so lucky to have the greatest group of girlfriends!! All of us moms would be lost without the support of each other and the friendship! Last night we went out to Joe's Crab Shack in Sac to celebrate some birthdays! Five to be exact! It is always soooo much fun when we all get together (aside from our monthly BUNCO!!!) Never a dull moment and always lots of good laughs!!

When it came time to sing Happy Birthday they made all the Birthday girls dress up! It was hilarious!

I just can't believe my baby is 3 years old! It's so hard to believe! Thanks to all of our friends who came to his party yesterday at the park!

What a fun party! We decided to do Joshy & Anna Grace's party together this weekend! A good, fun party at the park with pizza, cake , jumphouse & friends!! They were so cute all day! All the kids had so much fun and THANK YOU to everyone who came (even the party crashers....) and for all the fun presents!

JAKE STARTED SOCCER!!

GO U6 ROADRUNNERS!!!!!!! Soccer started last week for Jake! This will be his last year in U6...next year he will begin traveling to Sac for games..ughh..He loves soccer and he has such a great team this year!! It's going to be a fun season!!! These aren't the best shots...I will post more when I get some better ones!

JAKE & BROWN BEAR!

Today was FINALLY the day Jake got to bring home Brown Bear!! Brown Bear is his Kindergarten Classroom mascot. A different child takes him home each night then writes about his time in Brown Bear's Journal! It was so cute to see Jake so "fatherly" with Brown Bear....changing his clothes, feeding him, reading to him, tucking him in, buckling him up in the car.... Jake even dug up his old Roadrunner shirt from last year for BB to wear to soccer so he could be part of the team!

5th grade is when you can start Band! I must say a was a bit surprised Justin was so gung ho about doing it! He decided to play the clarinet since Joe happened to have one laying around here! He is actually doing a great job with it so far and absolutley loves it! I don't think the neighbors are that crazy about it though...heehee! Thank goodness Joe is a music man to help him out...I am completely tone deaf!!!!!!!!!!
